12 week weight loss programme

Maybe you’ve got an important event coming up. Perhaps you’ve entered into a competition. Whatever you want to build strength, lose weight or increase fitness for, Trick’s 12 week programme is designed to help you achieve a lifestyle that matches your needs. Our experienced and friendly Trick trainers will regularly assess your progress, aiding you in your workouts, helping with your diet and giving feedback on what you could do to improve in all of the above areas. Perhaps most importantly of all, they’ll be there to motivate you which, when it comes to the crunch, could spur you on for that extra kilometre!

24 week maintenance programme

Once you have completed your first 12 week programme you can then decide to sign up for a 24 week maintenance programme. Members that want to see sustained progress, and some look to their PT for the lead in terms of adopting a whole new, fit-friendly lifestyle. If this sounds like you, why not try our 24 week package? Again, you’ll be given regular progress updates, tailored programmes, support and advice to help you achieve the most out of your sessions with your personal trainer.
