Trick’s Strength Package

Are you looking to build strength, and/or increase your muscles? Maybe you’re struggling to reach your goals and peak potential? If so, this personalised Trick Package should fit you for size.

Let one of our Trick Trainers help you succeed in reaching your goals. We will start by designing a program to push you to reach your peak performance. Our Trick Trainers will be there to motivate and assist you with every last repetition ensuring you achieve your goals and desired physique. You will have regular fitness assessment throughout your 12 week Trick package to monitor your results.

  • Personalised program
  • A 6 week Assessment with a change of program

Trick Fitness Rehab Package

Our Trick Trainers can individually design and supervise a rehabilitation program for you using a combination of free weights, pin-loaded, thera-band and ball stability exercises to manage your specific injury. We can support you in your recovery process, and work towards returning you to optimal health in all aspects of your daily living, sport and/or work environment.

Programs are individually designed to suit the specific needs of the individual. Our Trick Trainers will guide you through the program so you will reach the highest level of physical function that you desire and give you the advice and guidance to maintain your desired level of function.

Trick’s Maintenance package (24 week package)

This 24 week package is designed for those of you who already have a reasonable level of fitness, have a goal still in sight but are committed to making their fitness a life changing routine!!!! You will receive a Trick Trainer for every session, a personalised program and an assessment and change of program at your midpoint. Having a Trick trainer with you every session and making sure your training maximum times per week you are guaranteed not to fall out of your routine and lose focus on your goals!!!

This package includes:

  • A Trick trainer to take you through your program each time you train.
  • Assessment each 24 weeks
  • Body composition testing with each assessment
  • Change of program at the 12 week point
